These terms and conditions apply to all transactions made with you, the consumer while shopping on the COOL BOSS website.

COOL BOSS retains the right to make changes to the Online Store Terms at any time.

All jurisdiction and arbitration disputes will be handled by the Chennai High Court in Tamil Nadu, India.

Availability of Products

If items in the online shop become temporarily unavailable owing to an unforeseeable difficulty, COOL BOSS will hold your purchase until the product is back in stock, after which it will be mailed to you in the normal fashion. If a certain product becomes permanently unavailable, COOL BOSS will make every effort to provide you with a suitable replacement or a complete refund.

Colour Reproduction

COOL BOSS has taken every attempt to represent colors as realistically as possible in our online store. However, because various displays replicate colors in somewhat different ways, precise color matching via the internet is not yet achievable. This implies that colors may have slight variations from what you see on the screen when ordering items from the online store. COOL BOSS has a returns policy if you are unhappy with the color of the goods you bought (see "Returns Policy" below).

Packing

We take great effort to ensure that orders arrive in good condition, carefully bubble-wrapped and then paper-wrapped. However, the shipment may be damaged as a result of the transit and customs procedures in the destination country, and we will not be held liable.

Delivery details

Please give a complete, descriptive address as well as a phone number for communication. The contact phone number must be that of the client who can be reached if the items are not delivered. If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, COOL BOSS is not liable.

Product and pricing

Import tariffs and municipal taxes are not included in the delivery price. Upon receipt, you will be responsible for paying all import tariffs and local taxes, as well as any administration fees.
